In March 2009 1,949 single family homes were for sale throughout all of Placer County.There were 405 accepted offers for single family homes in March 2009.
By the end of March, 313 single family homes sold for the month for an average sold price of 7,480 with an average of 2,133 square feet within 79 days on the market.
As always, home buyers and home sellers can view the real estate sales and average price of a home sold by city by clicking on Neighborhood Real Estate Report for Placer County.
Year-to-Date from January 1, 2009 though March 31, 2009 there have been 813 single family homes sold for an average price of 1,200 with 2,175 square feet and took 72 days on the market to sell.
