Have you wondered about Placer County homes for sale and how fast they are selling?To the right is an absorption chart for Placer County single family homes. This gives you an idea of how long it takes to sell a house in Placer County in today’s real estate market.
Based on how many homes are on the market for sale and the sold homes each month, this gives us an idea of the trend in the real estate market.
As you can see, looking at the last 3 months, it will take 7 months to sell the current inventory of homes for sale in Placer County.
