Fair Oaks, CA in the month of April had 195 single family homes for sale with 61 homes receiving offers and in Pending Sale while 30 homes sold for the month for an average sold price of 1,508.
Seems that Fair Oaks had 30 homes sell in March as well but their average sold price is up from last month since the average sold price in March was 9,283
Since January 1, 2010 through April 30, 2010, 110 homes have sold in Fair Oaks
