Roseville, CA had 1 in every 113 homes receive a foreclosure notice.  As you can see by the chart to the left, 95747 received the most foreclosure notices in August 2010.

There were actually, 161 homes in 95747 counted as new foreclosures. 95678 had 151 new foreclosures and only 83 for 95661.

As a whole for the County of Placer County, Roseville came in with .89% and the County came in at .78% foreclosure.

For Placer County 1 out of every 127 homes received a foreclosure filing.

March 2010 showed the highest month of foreclosure filings in Placer County and August 2010 was up from July 2010.  As you can see Roseville came in the highest for Placer County followed by Lincoln.

The foreclosure filings for some of the other cities are as follows:
    Olympic Valley – 10
     New Castle – 10
    Penryn -8
    Tahoe City – 7
    Sheridan – 3
    Applegate – 3
    Homewood – 3

There will be a dramatic difference in foreclosures next month’s statistics since major banks in 23 states have suspended foreclosures where judicial foreclosures take place.  Apparently, the banks have not necessarily followed the proper procedure for foreclosures.  There has been forgery and a break in the chain of Title. Hmmm not surprising that the biggest banks are in major doo-doo.

California has non-judicial foreclosures, trustee sales. However Bank of America has halted foreclosures in California making sure that homeowners have not improperly been foreclosed on.  The halt of foreclosures will result in the real estate crisis extending for a longer period of time but hopefully will be done correctly and fairly to all homeowners.
