Last week I took a Short Sale listing in Natomas at the Provence, a gated community located just 1 minute from the freeway and minutes from Downtown Sacramento.  Natomas is a great place to live with a super commute when you work Downtown Sacramento.

The Provence gated community has just 93 homes behind the gates making this an exclusive Natomas neighborhood.

The Natomas home for sale has 1985 square feet with a separate living room and family room, a dining room located next to the living room and there is a bonus room just behind the family room that could be used as an office.
